Got an alignment here because it was a recommended shop by many. Service was very quick and they didn't try to upsell me or want to fix something not broken. Very honest and respectable shop and I'll be returning for my alignments because I do everything else on my own. I hear they have tuned a few people's cars so maybe that in the future.

Very nice, helpful people! I ran over a big piece of metal on the way to drop off my daughter at dance. By the time I got there, which happens to be across the street from them, my tire was completely flat. Two employees noticed my husband working on it and walked over. They were closing for the day but wanted to make sure we didn’t need any help. I was amazed at their kindness!

Excellent. These guys are great, got my radiator fixed in 2-3 hours and the pricing was absolutely reasonable. Pep boys tried charging me 1,200 for a new radiator in my 16 year old Honda, these guys charged me a quarter of that. Very fair pricing and quality work. I’ll be going here again if I have any issues in the future.

Beyond awesome. Not only fixed my problem, but replaced my tail lights for free. They're also just down to earth folks. And I may not be telepathic, but I feel like they're just honest folks. I've been had before. I'm a woman with no automotive knowledge. But I can use Google as well as anyone else and find out later I've been had. I looked up the story I'd been told and found it matched my car's symptoms exactly. So not only did they just seem like good, down to earth folks, I could also fact check behind them and didn't find any discrepancies. Awesome, awesome, and awesome.

I don't know where to begin with this company. First, they are a very family oriented company, which is an awesome value. I am not from Montgomery and ran into a situation Monday night. I called them up yesterday morning as soon as they opened and talking about good phone presence and helpfulness. I dropped my car of during lunch and they had it ready within a hour including an alignment. They replaced all 4 tires on my vehicle. I will Definitely/Highly recommend them to anyone. This review does not do this company any justice. You must go in and experience it for yourself the great business they have.

Absolutely outstanding! Great customer service, friendly staff, and they know what they are doing! My brother’s ABS and ESC light came on in his Santa Fe and they were able to run a test on it and recommend that we take it to the dealership to save us money and didn’t even charge for the consultation! Then, Pep boys rounded off my drain plug and no one was able to get it off, but after serval people recommended Brown Automotive, they were able to get it off and checked in with me every step of the way while I was waiting and even gave me the drain plug. I will be bringing my service here from now on! Best place in Montgomery HANDS DOWN! With fair pricing!
