Forever Faithful is a great company to take care of your elderly loved ones that need some assistance at the home. If you’re looking for a way your mom and dad can stay in their homes longer independently I recommend giving them a call. The 2 lady’s that took care of mom were great with her and took the burden off my dad so he wasn’t overwhelmed at times.

I just called this company. I’m going to be moving to Lubbock early next year. I have a disabled son. I was asking about programs for him, home health care. While this company doesn’t do exactly what I need. A gentleman named Nick is looking into this for me. He didn’t have to do any of this. What a great company an a fantastic employee. I was very pleased with their services. I live out of town and it was very hard finding someone to come to our house for caregiving services. They are also very reliable. We stopped needing their help because we placed him in Memory Care.

As a nurse it is of utmost importance to me that patients and their families are cared for with dignity and respect. Forever Faithful only hires and employs caregivers that we would trust taking care of our own parents. Being a locally owned business is the best part about it. Any concerns can be addressed on the spot with the owner with a quick phone call, that can’t happen with any other service industry company in this area.

I would highly recommend Forever Faithful Home Care. Our family needed (especially my mom) help taking care of my dad when he returned home from the hospital with a grim report from the doctor. When I’d ask my father how the personal care attendants were, he’d always answer with a positive review and mention how patient and gentle they were. During a very uncertain and difficult time for a family, this company gave us comfort and support that was much needed.

In September my dad was hospitalized. While there we learned his cancer had morphed into a small cell cancer and moved to the liver. The prognosis was dim and we knew we would need help and respite care for mom. A friend of my sister referred Forever Faithful and I am so glad she did. Heath came to the house the day my dad came home from the hospital. He was compassionate and flexible. He spoke wisdom and was a voice of reason in a chaotic season in our lives. The ladies he sent to help care for my dad were amazing. It can be unsettling having a stranger in your home, but the personal care aides truly felt like family. I would highly recommend Forever Faithful to anyone needing assistance with caring for a loved one.

ForeverFaithful did a great job of taking care of my mother for the past 6 years ! They were very caring and loving . She died in August at 97 1/2 . They were always on time and dedicated. They would watch her physically for sore spots, bruising, giving her baths or just rubbing lotion on her . They helped her mentally also . They played cards with her or dominoes. They would visit with her during the day and watch her favorite shows like Jeopardy,Wheel of Fortune and Impractical Jokers!! They would cook her favorite breakfast for her which was poached egg , turkey bacon, toast and coffee. They would also do lunch and supper too. They were very aware of her needed medication and would watch out for infections that came around. Heath was a lifesaver for us and our parents. He did backgrounds checks on all the health care workers that worked for him and found the perfect match to help my Dad care for my mother. Melinda was perfect! She became like family to all of us. We will continue to refer everyone we know that needs home care help to him. It was a very stressful and trying time in our life and with God, Heath and Melinda we made it through.

I couldn't have been happier with the quality of the care and the kindness their care takers showed for my mom. She has Stage IV lung cancer that had moved to her bones and they provided care for about 4 months. Even though my mom was rough to deal with, they always dealt kindly with her even if she didn't deserve it. The owners and staff of Forever Faithful were referred to me by Accolade in Lubbock. Heath and Hunter Halford came to our home immediately to discuss their services with me and two of our grown children. My husband was facing complicated heart surgery, and I wanted to prepare for post-operative hospital and home care as soon as possible. They helped me arrange for a hospital bed in our home, and all staff members, who are veterans in the health care field, were available to sit with him during the times I could not be there. They helped me get him in the house when he was released and were at the house 24/7 until we needed only nighttime supervision. I would use them again.
